Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest musical memories is watching my dad pull out his vinyl on a weekend afternoon. He would play Luther Vandross, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Teena Marie, and Teddy Pendergrass, sitting there for hours, listening and singing along.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Maxwell, Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite
Sade, Love Deluxe
Sweetback, Sweetback
These albums spoke to me in so many ways, but the feeling I get brings real emotion, and that's what I've always hoped I can do with my music.

“A Better Me”
This song is personal because it marked a shift in direction. It wasn’t about changing everything at once, but about acknowledging the space between who we are and who we’re becoming. The song was built to sit in that space without rushing it.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of the most memorable moments in my career so far has been getting to work in a major studio.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I have one thing on my bucket list, win a Grammy. That's it...
