Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Mom was a professional musician. She was always singing. She was also a great cook. I was about 5 learning how to cook and learning the songs she sang. One song I vividly remember is Summertime from Porgy & Bess.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? David Bowie, Hunky Dory (2015 Remaster) Genesis, The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway (Remastered 2008) Jethro Tull, Living In the Past All 3 albums have original songwriting, arrangements, & lyrics. David Bowie kept us all guessing on wry chord progression choices. Jethro Tull made the flute a gritty blues instrument. Early Genesis musicianship changed my life.
