About Mo' Love
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember my parents exposing me to all different types of music as a kid. 90s to early 2000s R&B, Dancehall, sounds from the 70s etc. The exposure helped me understand great music. I've always had a liking to artist that made me feel something.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Future, DS2 (Deluxe)
Kendrick Lamar, DAMN.
Solange, When I Get Home
All three of these albums are the embodiment of what my conscious and subconscious mind feels. But also the similarities of my truest self, the real me is within these three albums and that's why they're my favorites.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Are You Really Sorry?”
Its about accepting all wrong doings and still allowing myself to move forward, I want people to always question themselves when apologizing because there's a difference in sincerity and doing it to clear your conscious.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
There's this underlying feeling of connection in my self expression that my music isn't only for me but for the universe and it's apart of the therapy, healing or self reflection we all need.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I want to do more collaborations, perform and tour the world. I want to act in movies, plays and have my voice used in commercials even characters in kids movies. The people who inspire me show me to keep striving for the unthinkable.
