Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Depeche Mode’s Blasphemous Rumors captured my teenage feelings, reflecting the rebelliousness and existential angst of the late '70s/early '80s through haunting synths and lyrics.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Carrie Newcomer, The Geography of Light Iron & Wine, Around the Well (Bonus Track Version) Jethro Tull, Crest of a Knave Each of these was my introduction to a different style of music: Tull's iconic flute, Iron and Wine's storytelling, and Carrie Newcomer's bringing a spiritual element in a way I loved.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Shield Maiden’s Song” This is probably my favorite track from the album. It has some great guitar with a story that is powerful, if a little fanciful.
