Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I used to have weekly piano lessons but I refused to learn the sheet music. Instead I made up my own songs, because that was more fun! That's how I fell in love with songwriting!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cavetown, worm food Declan McKenna, What Happened to the Beach? Queen, A Night at the Opera Deluxe Edition In my opinion A Night at the Opera is THE perfect album. I love an album that's super diverse, but tells a coherent story. Worm food and WHTTB also have very cohesive sounds and incredible songs. Worm food's themes are very close to my heart as well.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Rocketship” Rocketship was the first song I wrote that felt like me. A song I could play over and over and still feel seen by. I love the theme, the spaceyness, the metaphors and the sound and I know it connects with a lot of other people who feel out of place.
