Pioneering a form of hard Hi-NRG that has developed its own scene in the U.K., DJ Morgan spent much time as a DJ before founding a website dedicated to hard house and Hi-NRG. After that, several Morgan-produced mix discs were released while the formation of Lotek Records (with San Francisco DJ Kemical Kidd) came about. His first licensed mix disc, Arrakis, arrived in the summer of 2002. ~ Bradley Torreano
