About Murder Squad
The side project of Entombed guitarist Uffe Cederlund and drummer Peter Stjärvind with Dismember, er, members Matti Kärki and Richard Cabeza on vocals and bass, respectively, Murder Squad harks back to the crude death metal style popular during the early '90s. After nearly a decade spent jamming on weekends in between tours by their main bands, the quartet finally recorded some of their coarse grindcore outbursts for 2001's Unsane, Insane and Mentally Deranged album. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
