In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Me and my mom listened to The Weeknd heavy growing up. We never bonded over much else, but those 7AM car rides, singing at the top of our lungs, made music the one thing that truly brought us together.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? J. Cole, KOD Kanye West, Graduation The Weeknd, Trilogy Graduation reshaped music for me. KOD was the first album that made me cry and reflect deeply. Trilogy was on repeat daily; me and my mom couldn’t afford other CDs, so we lived through that music together.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Nauseous” Nauseous was my first time experimenting with a spacey beat. I freestyled it in one take, and that moment showed me I don’t need days to make something real. I can create magic in one sitting.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The craziest part of my journey so far was dropping "Kosmonk"; my first full project that I really took time on. I spent over 3 months crafting it, and it marked a turning point in how seriously I approach my music.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? The only things left on my bucket list are to never reach the top because once you're there, there’s only down, and to never forget GOD; because that’s where my strength and purpose come from.
