Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Perhaps being called downstairs by my father to listen to Fingal's Cave on the wireless (when did radios replace them?!). The flicker of woodwind counterpoint and pizzicato at the end.

“Absence of Clouds: I. Seathwaite Idyll, Summer”
Absence of Clouds is an evocation of summer from my Seathwaite Idyll, a modern orchestral 'Four Seasons', whose name is a pun on Wagner's Siegfried Idyll, and inspired by England's Lake District.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Trying to conduct an orchestra at the same time as play the harmonica.
It didn't end well.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
So much that I'm afraid we're going to need a bigger bucket.
