Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
As long as I can remember there was always music in the vehicle from each of my parents. My dad loves heavy metal and my mom loves rnb, house, and new wave. Anytime we went somewhere, I would always expect some great music and some bad singing.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Ab-Soul, Control System
Inner Wave, Underwater Pipe Dreams
Prince, Emancipation
Control System, because in my adolescence I had a keen interest in conspiracy theories.
Underwater Pipe Dreams because Inner Wave happens to be one of my favorite bands of all time.
Emancipation because the versatility is chef's kiss.

My genesis: the cover art, lyrics, sreeb, even the title of the song. Art cover is home, lyrics is home, sreeb reminds me of the little homies I grew with, and the title was the name of a dj who hosted on a radio station I listened to growing up.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
My most memorable moment was me taking a hiatus, because during this time I couldn't stop thinking about making music. I still wrote here and there, but never recorded. Never let your passion die.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
My bucket list is to be at least Grammy nominated for something I influenced, to earn the respect of the ones who came before me, and perhaps even pass the torch to the next generation of artists amongst my local scene.
