About Oddfellows
The Oddfellows are an important and influential band in the Texas punk scene, playing wiry elemental rock & roll with straightforward, hooky melodies and plenty of energetic guitar and rhythms. However, not many people heard them in their original run -- they played a few shows in late 1994 and early 1995 before they split, but members of the group went on to make a name for themselves in the Reds, the Marked Men, Mind Spiders, and High Tension Wires, among other bands. In 2024, the Oddfellows decided to get back together, and their self-titled debut album arrived in 2026, only three decades after their first show.
