Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up mostly a loner, spent early years in naija and north carolina. One of my earliest memories with music is writing a song about summer. During summer break I was so happy to be out of school but so bored so I wrote a silly song
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ari Lennox, Shea Butter Baby Frank Ocean, Blonde Solange, When I Get Home My favorite music changes like the weather, but I always come back to this, I am inspired by pure and raw creativity and these artists are so unpackaged. I love it
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Deeper” I enjoyed writing this song, I was very intentional yet free flowing. My friend pushed me to really be conscious of lyricism, it was fun. I will say though i am always more excited about the next song than the current.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? So far its been the amount of love I have gotten for Chasing you, it was my very first release, I am so proud of it.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I really hope to play at a festival I attend, and watch other artist perform.
