About OSKi
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest memories is listening to the music my dad would play while driving. Artists like Yanni and Enya. These made me realize that music can transform the world I imagine in my head, creating emotions that didn’t exist anywhere else.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Gustavo Cerati, Bocanada
Tame Impala, Currents
Zeds Dead, Catching Z's
1) Downtempo beats, and dreamy soundscapes create a completely immersive experience
2) Completely changed my perspective on psychedelic music
3) The combination of electronic & rock sounds, and lyrics makes this album unlike anything else I’ve heard
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Exoplanet”
Very meaningful to me because I wanted this track to become a vessel for an imagined journey through distant worlds, celestial bodies, and the unknown. It invites the listener to drift into a peaceful, dreamlike state with the sounds and melody.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Releasing my EP, Interstellar Voyager, on my birthday. More than a collection of tracks, it was my first artistic experiment with sound, emotion, and imagination. Celebrating my birthday also became a celebration of my first Lo-Fi work into the world
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
There’s still so much on my bucket list. But ultimately, my biggest goal is to create music and experiences that stay with people, to build worlds through sound that someone can escape into, dance with, and remember long after the music stops.
