About Paige Warner
Artist Biography
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My house was always filled of music on the holidays as a child. I remember listening to Mariah Carey, Michael Bublé, and Ella Fitzgerald while we sat around the piano with lit candles and sang along late into christmas eve night.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Liquor” One of my most vulnerable songwriting moments was when I wrote Liquor. It sparked a season of rawness and realness in my music, and is still one of my favourites to perform live.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I remember opening for Ron Sexsmith in a beautiful cathedral-like venue made of timber. I barely needed speakers, because the music just naturally filled the curves of the room. The audience was warmly encouraging. I'll never forget their faces.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I grew up doing lots of Canadian road trips crammed in a van with my family, so would love to take my music and band across Canada on a road-trip and play to the amazing people in each province!
