About Paint
Toronto-based indie rock band Paint make songs that utilize high-energy rock intensity when delivering catchy pop hooks and insightful, often emotionally deep lyrics. The outfit established itself as one of Canada's many hard-working bands, making their live show a primary focus since the release of their 2009 debut Can You Hear Me? -- a show bolstered over the years by the range of their artistry. In addition to traditional studio albums, Paint recorded instrumental film music, released a live concert DVD, collaborated with photographer Joe Mac, and combed their archives for demos and unreleased material. In 2023, the band celebrated their 15th anniversary by reissuing their first two studio albums with a plethora of bonus materials.
Members of Paint include, or have included, Robert McCormick.
