In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my best memories was playing with my first original band, The DisMissed, late 80s to early 90s. Played Club Soda in Kalamazoo, MI. They had a killer PA, everything miked up, and there were people in the audience singing our lyrics back to us.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Neil Young, Harvest R.E.M., Document The Replacements, Tim (Let It Bleed Edition) The Replacements - my favorite band. Songwriting, energy, and true rock n roll spirit. Neil Young's Harvest... a brilliant piece of work - the writing and passion. Document - the lyrics, the arrangements, great drumming, and great production.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Under My Thumb” The song came to me relatively quick, but I think it's one of my better ones. I like the way the lyrics unfolded and general feel of the recording. A song about the struggle to be yourself - something we can all relate to at some point in life.
