About Pedicab
The pedicab is a tricked-out bike with a sidecar—a distinctly hybrid Filipino transport. By humanising the machine, Pinoy dance-punk pioneers Pedicab found a tabula rasa on which to create experiments in synth-flavoured rock, poking fun at cultural habits with shrewd lyrics that serve as both satire and just clean fun. Coupling their music with playful visuals—movie director RA Rivera is a proverbial fifth member—the band enters the crossroads of industrial, electronica and raw Pinoy punk.
