Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest memories is of analyzing Saint-Saëns's 'Danse Macabre' in music class at school. I found it magical that everything was audible minute by minute in the music. My first CD I got at age 7 was also Saint-Saëns, including this song :)
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Tribe Called Quest, Midnight Marauders Paul Simon, Graceland The Beatles, Revolver ‘Midnight Marauders’ inspired me to make music; it’s funky, timeless, and perfect. ‘Revolver’ fascinates with its shift from rock to psychedelic, and ‘Graceland’ captivates with addictive grooves, global sounds, and abstract lyrics.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Netropolis” ‘Netropolis’ is a song I made together with Sliderinc as a soundtrack for the picture collage under the same name by Michael Najjar. It’s one of my least streamed songs but I love it for it’s dense atmospheric layering and melancholic vibe.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing festivals across Europe in summer 2008 was a real highlight, especially our Sziget show in Hungary. After technical issues, we finally started and the crowd went bananas. The energy on and off stage was incredible, it was truly unforgettable.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Definitely. As a songwriter and producer, there are many artists I’d love to work with. Doechii, RAYE, Rosalía, Talib Kweli, Lianne La Havas, Kendrick Lamar, Ane Brun, Q-Tip, Emily King, and Nas are just a few on my list.
