Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
When I was 7 or 8 years old Puff the Magic Dragon was a big hit on the radio.
The Greensboro, NC newspaper ran a coloring contest and I WON the record! My parents bought me a ukulele and my cousin Reid Taylor taught me how to play it.

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Having lunch with Utah Phillips in Nevada City, California.
