Artist Biography
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember being in choir at an early age and falling more in love with music. Being in choir helped shape my musicianship; I learned how to read music, gained performance skills, and learned vocal hygiene and tips. I am forever grateful for choir.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beyoncé, RENAISSANCE Lady Gaga, The Fame Monster Ogi, Monologues - EP These albums are creative, innovative, and timeless. The lyricism is inspiring. Sonically, there aren't any other albums that are this versatile. They make you want to dance and make you reminisce with beautiful vocals/harmonies. Amazing artwork too.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Cliché” I recorded, wrote, and produced this song in my bedroom and it's my first song from my E.P. that I've ever released. Cliché helped me to be able to express how exhausted I was of running in circles and releasing myself from others' expectations.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My first show. I sold more tickets than expected. There were over 60 people who spent their hard earned money on tickets; I had $1,000 in ticket sales. For me as an independent artists and it being my first show ever, that was huge to me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To get to work with Beyoncé on a record/album. She is an impeccable vocalist/producer. Win a Grammy for best new artist/Record of the year and perform there as well. Also, to have a sold out world tour where the stadium is filled with my music.
