Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember when I first started making music, my friend and I would smoke in his garage and just listen to hip-hop, pick beats and have a good time. We'd only have an hour or two before his parents arrived, so we had to make the time count.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly
Mac Miller, Watching Movies with the Sound Off
Nas, Illmatic
Illmatic is often regarded as the hip-hop bible, and was crucial to my early years in discovering hip-hop. To Pimp A Butterfly and Watching Movies With The Sound Off both released in my formative years. The three albums helped establish my sound.

“Angel”
The song is about my grandma. She is the most sweet and kind person I've ever met. However, I've watched as a person around her made her very miserable. I wrote this song for her because she's my angel, and I always want her happy.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Performing at my very first show was the most memorable moment. I met a good friend, Christlo, who I still work with to this day. I'll never forget being out there and realizing music is something I want to do for life.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I would love to record a live album, or just do a longer performance in general. It's a privilege to be able to share your art in an intimate setting with the people you love. I've been blessed with a lot, and sharing my art live is still crucial.
