About Prepared
Munich-based jazz group Prepared are a free-spirited, modern jazz trio using a chamber music aesthetic and melodic composition and improvisation. Composed of pianist Chris Gall, clarinetist Florian Riedl, and drummer Christoph Holzhauser, their compositions and improvisations -- most often created in multiple parts -- awaken impulses for movement in trance-like sound spaces. Their debut album, Module, was issued in January 2025 by Europe's Compost label.
