Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Competing in the best of the WEST competition was surreal in May 1998. I was 18 years old eating back stage with future stars. Shout out to JJ HOWARD!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 2Pac, All Eyez On Me Dr. Dre, The Chronic Thug Life, Thug Life, Vol. 1 All three albums were iconic and critical for the future artists to bounce off of. I love 90’s hip hop.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Bury Me Smiling” I wanted to deliver on a funeral song for my family to play after my death, God forbid. I put myself in a posthumous state and couldn’t be more proud of the work.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was able to record a few songs with my older sons. Just being in the studio a short time inspired me to create the album I just dropped in 2024.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’d like to hang out with the Outlawz and possibly perform on stage at an outlaw event!
