Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember driving back and forth to Florida, riding in the backseat of my moms Tahoe listening to Fleetwood Mac’s “Rumors”. I knew all the words on the album by the time I was 5.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Post Malone, Stoney (Deluxe) Tame Impala, The Slow Rush The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Are You Experienced Deluxe Version Jimi is my hero. He showed me soul, tone and the blues. Post showed me confidence and amazing Melodies. Kevin showed me the fricken sick drums and bass, and incredible Melodies. It’s hard to pick a top 3 but I think these would have to be it.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Holdin' On” This song to me is timeless. It’s about letting go. We all hold onto something.. fear, a memory, an idea.. but we must learn to let go.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I used to be in a band called “The Knu” we were very good, and we become somewhat of local celebrities. I remember going places and getting recognized. That was the craziest feeling, and now it’s happening with my solo stuff in my hometown. Insane
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Many things are on my bucket list. I’m just getting started. I want to be the most subscribed artist on YouTube, I want a song to hit 1,000,000 streams. I also want to win a Grammy. But the most important thing is having a positive impact on people.
