Hailing from Austin, Texas, spirited, emotionally engaging, melodic indie rock outfit Quiet Company, who have drawn comparisons to everyone from Death Cab for Cutie to Bright Eyes, were formed by singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Taylor Glen Muse after stints in numerous other bands, including the Connotations, Uncle Andrew, and Eisley. In 2005, Muse produced and recorded Shine Honesty under the Quiet Company moniker and released the album independently. Everyone You Love Will Be Happy Soon, a full-band effort, arrived in 2009, followed by Songs for Staying In in 2010, We Are All Where We Belong in 2011, and Transgressor in 2015. ~ James Christopher Monger
