About JIMMY ROCK
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember growing up playing drums in front of my parents TV when I was just a kid. Music was always my first love. I have a special place in my heart for drum-forward music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
DC Talk, Jesus Freak (Remastered)
Justin Timberlake, FutureSex/LoveSounds
Tiësto, DRIVE
Production, writing and creating moments is something all 3 of these albums have in common. I love music that thinks outside of the box and explores new themes and sounds.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Grande Eres Dios (Reyer Remix)”
I reached out to Fe to help me record a Spanish version of "Great Are You Lord" and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Lyrics, music, melody and production is some of my favorite so far!
