Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I have two late childhood memories that made me realise how much music means to me: Both are Beatles songs I heard on the radio: "A Hard Day's Night" and later "Let It Be".
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Dylan, Slow Train Coming Larry Norman, In Another Land Paul Simon, One-Trick Pony Original Motion Picture Companion Album Great music, strong lyrics. I remember where I was the first time I heard these albums.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Some Say I'm Crazy” I think it's a catchy and funky tune combined with personal lyrics.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing support gigs and backing my then hero Larry Norman on many occasions in the mid to late 1990s. I also felt good about The Rolf Eikeland Band being nominated for rock album of the year in 2009 by the Canadian Covenant Awards.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yep. Lots. Getting heard through more streams and radio play is the most important.
