Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In 1961, Rory won a talent contest in Cork City, Ireland at the age of thirteen years old performing Buddy Holly songs.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Dylan, Blonde On Blonde Muddy Waters, Muddy Waters At Newport 1960 The Rolling Stones, Exile On Main Street In a 1983 interview Rory nominated these albums as being among his favourites.
