Roses Are Red was an emo band from Rochester, New York, featuring singer Vincent Minervino and drummer Michael Lasaponera (the sole constant members). Forming in 2002, they released three albums during a relatively brief career: 2003's HANDSHAKES AND HEARTBREAKS, 2004's CONVERATIONS, and 2006's WHAT BECAME OF ME. After the band split in 2007, Lasaponera joined popular emo band Cute Is What We Aim For.
