Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of the first things I ever learned one the guitar was the bass line to Stand By Me.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Paul Simon, Graceland Pearl Jam, Ten Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, Jacksonville City Nights Each of these albums has their own musical landscape and strengths. They were extremely influential records to me, in shaping and inspiring my approach to playing, performing, and writing.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “I'll Wait On” I wrote this songs about a deep sense of longing and enduring hope. It's a favorite of mine to sing and perform. Its emotion is raw, symphonious, and liberating.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Sharing the stage with Questlove at Brooklyn Bowl, New York.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Getting the opportunity to perform at Madison Square Garden.
