With Eiffel 65's commercial dance hit "Blue," Italian's dance music scene got a lot of exposure. Among the crop of Italian producers to spring up at the time was Sals 8 (Roberto Gallo Salsotto and brother Enzo), as "otto" is eight in Italian. They released the club anthem "Downtown" in mid-September of 2000. ~ Diana Potts
