Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up with a piano in my living room that I used to play everyday starting around the age of four. My parents would come up to me and say "Sam why don't we get you lessons?". As soon as they'd say it i'd run away. I feel like I'm still like that
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Adrianne Lenker, Buck Meek, a-sides Christian Lee Hutson, Beginners Soccer Mommy, color theory I mean gosh, only three albums? These all had a choke hold over me at one point. The production on Beginners and Color Theory is second to none. "a-sides" is just music at its purest. The lyricism on all of these records are unmatched.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Birthday Week” For me, there's some incredible finality to wishing an ex happy birthday. I think we've all been in the situation on our ex's birthday where we think "oh shoot, do I reach out or not?". It's almost - "is this person going to be in my life or not?".
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My last week in NY I put on a backyard show with some of my favorite artists. At the time, I was going through a breakup and packing for LA. To see the community I was leaving and how much they believed in me/cared about my art was overwhelming.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? This is always such a tough question because I really am so grateful for my community and where I'm at right now. Idk I think it'd be really fun to pull a buck/adrianne and discover the country, playing shows as we go.
