In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started my early days singing as a falsetto register in the choir. As a wide light-lyric tenor with a vocal range that spans over 5 octaves. A couple of years later, I began producing projects for other artists.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Michael Jackson, Thriller The Weeknd, Dawn FM Thriller for me is thee 80s album. The first of its kind. Michael honestly paved the way for music. Abel showed me there are many ways to input my voice as a light lyric tenor, into many genres. Dawn FM became my modern "Thriller"
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Where Were You Last Night?” Where Were You Last Night is different to me. Besides being my first released song, the message i was trying to send was really what mattered to me at that point in my life. I see the track as me speaking to myself, rather than talking to someone.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? So Far, it's being the love and reception of my work. When i first dropped, everyone turned up for it. I really loved that. I'm super grateful for every single person. I love them all. BUT SEE YOU IN LOVE CITY!!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? there's a lot of work being made, barely touched the surface. They have no idea what they're in for. Many turns and directions, new sounds and genres, that are gonna spun from now to the 2030s! Just don't lose yourself in this world we're creating.
