Artist Biography
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My inspiration for picking up the electric guitar came from hearing ACDC's "Back in Black" when I was 5. Although the music I play and release now bears little resemblance to their work, ACDC will always be an important influence for me.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Allan Holdsworth, The Sixteen Men of Tain (Special Edition) Plini, Impulse Voices Yngwie Malmsteen, Concerto Suite for Electric Guitar and Orchestra in E Flat Minor, Opus 1 Concerto Suite inspired integration of a wider range of sounds into my music. Holdsworth's playing is out of the box creative and Sixteen Men exemplifies his work. Impulse voices is one of my favourite prog albums; Plini's writing is outstanding.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Soaring” Soaring, my favourite song on the EP is uplifting to perform. I enjoy playing through the sweep picked arpeggios. This recording of it landed me a place in the final of Guitar World's Young Guitarist of the Year, so it's very memorable for me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Appearing in Jared Dines' "The World's Biggest Shred Collab Song V" along with many of my favourite artists.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, plenty! I hope to have a lifetime of creating original music for people to enjoy.
