After scattered releases throughout the late '90s and early 2000s, Canadian techno DJ/producer Noah Pred released his first full-length -- Outlines, credited to his Shen alias -- on the Native State label in 2006. Pred, who has also recorded as F.S.P. and Primordial Nature, runs a pair of Toronto-based labels: Metapath and Sentient Sound. ~ Andy Kellman
