Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Watching Sanmi cook up beats for "Skuki" after Sunday service was a turning point. I wasn’t producing music yet, just soaking it all in. That’s when I knew this was my path.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Craig David, Born to Do It Kanye West, Graduation Paul Simon, Graceland Graduation inspired me with its bold production and emotion. Graceland opened my ears to African rhythms blending with global sounds. Born to Do It showed me the power of smooth melodies and timeless songwriting. They all left a mark on how I create.

It started as a fun, energetic beat and turned into a global dance movement. That moment marked a major shift in my journey and helped push Afrobeats worldwide.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career was hearing a crowd of thousands chant along to a song I produced. That was when it truly hit me that music I made in a studio was now a global anthem.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely! One of my biggest goals is to win a Grammy and use that moment to spotlight African producers globally. I also want to build a platform that helps develop the next wave of international music talent.
