Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I started making music at 12, it was just me and SoundCloud. A year later, I stumbled upon a folder of my old songs—rough vocals over free YouTube type beats—and laughed for minutes. It was cringeworthy, but it reminded me how far I’d come.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beach House, Depression Cherry Frank Ocean, Blonde Kendrick Lamar, DAMN. The albums I chose in particular masterfully blend raw emotion, lyrical depth, and genre-defying soundscapes, capturing the complexities of human experience like no other.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “want” This song is about my mom, who passed away, and the traits we shared. I see her in myself, in little habits and details around me. Even apart, she’s still here in the smallest things, reminding me that she never really left.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hitting 1,000 all-time plays on Apple Music was huge for me. Every play means someone connected with my music, and that’s all I’ve ever wanted—just to be heard and felt. It’s a small number to some, but it means the world to me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’ve always dreamed of hitting a million streams on a song. Ever since I started making music, that milestone has felt like a sign that my work truly resonated with people. It’s something I’ve always chased and would mean the world to achieve.
