About Simone Vedda
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
When my mum first introduced me to Burlesque (the movie), I fell in love with the voice of Christina Aguilera. Her raspiness, her tone, the colours and the emotions that she gave me were just amazing!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Cher, Christina Aguilera, Burlesque (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)
Mariah Carey, Emotions
Mariah Carey, Mariah Carey
Mariah and Christina mean everything to me. They're really amazing singers! Mariah is a magnificent songwriter who inspired me to go through the process of writing lyrics, and Christina is the other cornerstone to build my vocal experience.

“Amendus Akka Ildeh”
"Amendus Akka Ildeh" literally means: "Go where your heart leads". This song represents my intent of how I look at music. Singing and writing mean everything to me. I want to be free to express myself and be appreciated for who I am and what I do.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Sharing my emotions with my friends through music is perhaps the most fantastic thing I have done, and I really hope many others will experience the emotions I put into my projects day by day.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Singing with Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera is still on my to-do list. I'll never give up on music until I reach this goal.
