In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My older brother had "The Woman in Red" by Stevie Wonder and "Tug of War" by Paul McCartney. Song number 2 and 7 were duets with Dionne Warwick, and on Tug of War "Somebody Who Cares" was my favorite. I´ve been a melancholic since I was born..
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Paul McCartney, Give My Regards to Broad Street Shirley Horn, Ultimate Shirley Horn ((Selected by Diana Krall)) (Selected by Diana Krall) Stevie Wonder, Songs in the Key of Life Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney are the best songwriters ever. Shirley Horn has inspired me as well.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Here's To You” This song is very special to me, because it is the first song of my upcoming album. -An album that is finally truly me. My first jazz album. Here´s To You <3
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment of my career has been this last year - writing and producing my upcoming jazz album! I am finally doing what I´ve always wanted to do. Even being the warm up act for the Fugees can´t compare.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To have someone I admire do a cover of one of my songs from my upcoming jazz album. And to do a duet with either Paul McCartney or Stevie Wonder - my idols ;)
