Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Toronto, 2016. Views just released, my first top to bottom listen and hearing "Weston Road Flows" while being on Weston Road. Full circle energy.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? JAŸ-Z, 4:44 Joey Bada$$, 1999 Kanye West, The College Dropout These three albums influenced my sound more than any other album I've ever heard. From No ID's cerebral yet powerful production on 4:44 to Kanye's soulful chops throughout his debut record all the way to 1999 where I first found Dilla.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Luvis4ever” This was the first beat I ever made. The one that made people stop for a second and say "hold on, this is something." Made me realize how powerful the emotion within music is.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Vancouver. JID stopped his concert to come talk to me and take my new project to check out.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Way too much. I wanna make music for people such as Joey, JID, Smino, and even the biggest names like Drake and Kendrick. It's just a matter of time and patience right now.
