Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was in choir throughout 5th-8th grade. I wanted to play percussion but I joined choir cause they got frustrated by the way I held the drumsticks. I also remember writing rap songs on my composition notebook on the bus on my way home from school.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? LUCKI, Watch My Back Playboi Carti, Die Lit Yeat, LYFESTYLE WMB introduced me to a whole new side of rap. Production was amazing and it shaped what I wanted to create. Die Lit was art, the way the 808s and the synths blended in every song. Generational. LYFESTYLE, I love the energy of this album, its a gem.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Not Simple” I feel like I was able to pour my heart on this song. The album as a whole was amazing. Pain in music. But I really love the energy, the synths, the way the 808s hit and the way I flowed on this beat. Love is not simple. This song just makes me float
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career was when my song Night in Tokyo blew up for a little. It caught me by surprise seeing much the streams kept going up and getting support from a lot of people. I didn't expect that song to blow up.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There's so much I want to do as an artist. I want to perform. I want to book a trip to somewhere with a great view and just isolate myself and record the whole time. Lastly, I just want to build a fanbase. I want to be able to do this full-time.
