Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time Mehgan and I realized that we should be playing music together, and eventually led to marrying each other, was the time we recorded a cover ("Electric" - Alina Baraz feat. Khalid). We had a great connection from then on.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cody Johnson, Human: The Double Album Midland, On the Rocks Third Eye Blind, Out of the Vein These albums represent influence on who we are individually as musicians/music lovers and where we are collaboratively. Mehgan loves the songwriting of Cody Johnson. I love the songwriting of Third Eye Blind. We aim for that Texas Midland vibe.

Tell us why you chose this song. “I'm Not Leaving” I think "I'm Not Leaving" was the best composed song out of our repertoire, so far. It has a heavy feel to it, which is more my speed, but Mehgan's lyrics make the song hit different on another level. The off harmonies in the pre-chorus' are superb.
