Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory shows me what music could be. Those songs awakened by creativity for writing music and stories. To this day there is nothing as instantly defining as to me as Hybrid Theory.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Evans Blue, The Melody and the Energetic Nature of Volume Pinback, Autumn of the Seraphs Bonus Track Version Silversun Pickups, Carnavas These are albums I can listen to on repeat, that strike a certain mood, and inspire me to make music I love. They aren't extremely popular albums and aren't talked about my the masses, but it was true to the artist's visions and that's all we want.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “If the Seas Were Only Smaller” I made this song in head, hearing and working out each instrument, five years before I formed a band and got to hear it through my ears. This song is responsible for this band existing, and we owe it everything.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Recording our first EP, though the process and the product weren't perfect, was eye opening. We created something that was ours that we would have forever. At dinner when we finished we were all our own worst critique, but today we're confident.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Our goal for Springfield Ghost is five albums. One is released, another is wrapping recording as I write this, so we have three to go. We hope you'll be along for the ride.
