Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a young child growing up in Texas the sound of the blues was the soundtrack of life
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eric Johnson, Venus Isle The Black Crowes, Shake Your Money Maker The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Axis: Bold As Love These are as close to as perfect albums for my taste as I think you can get
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “2012” This instrumental song was written years before it was recorded, and just hung around until the time was right. I am proud of it because it is hard hitting and also is unique from a lot of other blues rock tunes.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting to perform along with on stage or recording in the studio with music legends that I grew up admiring still seems a bit surreal to me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have plans to record much more music and I would love the opportunity to take my music to even more places and people in the world.
