In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is hearing my dad play Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons on Sunday mornings when I was a kid. Years later, my first live electronic music experience at BUKU in New Orleans showed me how rhythm and atmosphere can move a crowd.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Avicii, True Calvin Harris, 18 Months Daft Punk, Discovery Daft Punk’s Discovery for its soulful, timeless electronic sound; Calvin Harris’ 18 Months for its clean pop-dance energy; and Avicii’s True for proving dance music can be melodic, emotional, and human.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments so far was preparing my first Sunnylane release, “Respirar.” Seeing the project move from an idea in the studio to a real release made the artist journey feel tangible for the first time.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely. I want Sunnylane to keep growing through a series of releases, build a real audience, collaborate with vocalists and producers, and eventually hear my music played live in places where people truly connect with it.
