Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I first started making music I didn't have a clue what I was doing but I knew exactly what I could do. Learning music is like opening your eyes for the first time. You're not sure what you're seeing but you're excited to see more.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jack Johnson, In Between Dreams The Weeknd, Trilogy Tyler, The Creator, CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST: The Estate Sale "Call me if you get lost" is a magnificent album that I can always put on to show people why I like Tyler, The Creator's music. Trilogy is all about how powerful the weekend's voice is to me. In Between Dreams is Jack Johnson's gift to the world.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Real Bad” Real Bad was a song that came out of nowhere for me. I was extremely happy to collaborate with super producer Blvff and the ever so talented K-Son. Us being all connected through genuine friendship made the collaboration that much more sweet.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'll never get helping put together the Come to DMG album. That was the greatest accomplishment I've ever done and I hope to continue to create more opportunities like that in future for other people.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My goals are to work with some high profile artists like Tyler the Creator, The Weeknd, Timberland Dr. Dre, J.Cole, Nas and many more. But I also want to work with many unsigned artists to help elevate their career.
