About TeeJay David
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my first musical memories would have to be when I got a solo singing jingle Bell rock! It put me on a path of love for music and wanting to write lyrics that mattered to people.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Creed, Human Clay (Deluxe Edition)
Kelly Clarkson, Meaning of Life
Michael Bublé, It's Time (Deluxe Version)
All of these albums have gotten me through different times in my life and brought me confidence and understanding!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Hold my Hand Before you Walk Away”
This song is special to me because I feel like it's so relatable to everyone. Sometimes the answer is as simple as holding a hand and telling them everything will be OK.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of my most memorable moments in my career so far was getting so much feedback from people connecting with the lyrics of the songs I wrote. Hearing that they felt seen because of my lyrics really has stuck with me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I think what's left on my bucket list as an artist is to have a vocal artist pick up my music and sing one of my songs!
