Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember listening to artists like Lauryn Hill, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, and Tupac, and paying attention to the way that they would construct their songs. That's how I first learned about songwriting and song structure.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley & The Wailers, Legend: The Best of Bob Marley and the Wailers (Deluxe Edition) Deluxe Edition Lauryn Hill, MTV Unplugged No. 2.0 Michael Jackson, HIStory - PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE - BOOK I I have always created music with a message, and therefore, have always been inspired by artists who had something of importance to say in their music. No album has changed my life more than Lauryn Hill's MTV Unplugged album. She's a true inspiration.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Memorable moments of my career so far were performing at the United Nations, and on stages around the world. I have been blessed to perform in over 20 countries to date, and have been able to share a message of love and equality to a global audience.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love for my music to surpass a billion streams, as I believe the world is in need of True healing, which often comes through music. My intention is to always use my platform in such a way that I am able to leave a positive and lasting impact.
