What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ben Folds Five, Whatever and Ever Amen Remastered Edition The Get Up Kids, Something to Write Home About Thin Lizzy, Jailbreak I went with some collective choices for the band — albums that kind of define our shared ethos. The Get Up Kids gets at our punk/emo upbringings (that album still rocks). Ben Folds Five covers our power-pop and piano vibes. And Thin Lizzy just rocks.

But with “This Town Ain’t Big Enough For Both Of Our Sadness” (alongside “No One In Brooklyn”), there’s no veil — just emotion spilling directly onto the page.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We once played a dive bar to a crowd of two: the bartender, and our friend Carlos. But hey, the beer was free! Chris got so drunk, he messed up a song and yelled into the drum mic: "Thom, that song sucks anyway." We still look back on that and laugh.
