Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Just me playing 4 chords and coming up with the whole song in one spot was a very therapeutic thing for me. The words and the story just came right out.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cage the Elephant, Neon Pill Djo, The Crux The Strokes, The New Abnormal These albums are staples for me with my inspiration and overall artistical vision. The Strokes are the foundation of all the vibes I create and the others are just great albums - top to bottom.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Thrill of It All” This was the first song from the "Golden Age" of the Westside, which is was I think we are in now - the good old days.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Finishing our new Album, Spiked Mike & His Blue Dog has been the highlight of 2025 thusfar.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To play at the huge local venues in Grand Rapids like the new Amphitheatre, Van Andel Arena, and 20 Monroe. SNL is on the bucket list too though.
